You will be charged from the day of arrival regardless of drop-off time. Pets picked up by 12 noon are not charged for that day’s service. We accept cash or check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS. Deposits may be required.

Discounts
Discounts are offered for pets sharing the same boarding suite. Discounts do not apply if pets need to be separated. Please contact us for details.
Cancellations
As we do not overbook our facility, a 72 hour notice of cancellation is required. A maximum 3 day boarding charge will apply if we are unable to rebook the space.
